Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to assist with licensed providers.
